Art director, illustrator and infographic designer for quarterly OnRoute magazine

Transport for London were aware that they negotiated a delicate relationship with black cabbies and private hire drivers. OnRoute magazine was developed to give this relationship a voice and to become a go to source for all new legislation, news and information to make a taxi drivers life more informed.

My original brief was to redesign the existing publication, this was so well received that I became the Art Director of the magazine. As the content was quite niche, there were often times where photography wasn’t available to tell the story of the editorial visually. I created an illustration style for the magazine and a creative infographic style too, so even the most complex of content was designed to engage the reader and tell the story of the content.
